[摘要] 目的 分析糖尿病合并创伤性骨折患者采用多样性护理模式的效果。方法 选取2017年4月—2018年4月收治的84例糖尿病合并创伤性骨折患者，按住院床位单双号方式分为对照组、观察组，每组42例，对照组：常规护理;观察组：多样性护理，观察两组血糖指标、治疗效果、生活质量及依从性。结果 对照组与观察组护理前血糖比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量较于对照组显著提高(P<0.05)，观察组总有效率(97.62%)明显高于对照组(80.95%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多样化护理能够改善患者病情，降低血糖，改善预后效果。
