[摘要] 目的 探讨妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期通过不同方式进行治疗对于控制血糖的效果。方法 于该院2018年4月—2019年4月期间内接收的妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者中随机选取102例作为研究对象，分为观察组51例(接受联合治疗)与对照组51例(接受常规治疗)。对比血糖水平、血糖稳定性及治疗安全性。结果 观察组临床各项指标较对照组均更优，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇科疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期采用胰岛素等药物控制血糖时联合营养治疗效果更为理想。
