[摘要]目的探讨鼻中隔脓肿的治疗方法及预后。方法鼻中隔脓肿病人9例，均给予鼻中隔切开引流术及足量抗生素控制感染治疗。结果9例病人均治愈，其中4例病人出现并发症，1例鼻中隔穿孔，3例鞍鼻畸形。结论鼻中隔脓肿预后较差，诊断明确后应尽快手术，并应用足量抗生素。

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment and prognosis of nasal septal abscess. MethodsNine patients with nasal septal abscess were enrolled and treated with nasal septal incision and drainage combined with adequate antibiotics to control infection. ResultsAll the patients were cured. Four of them experienced complications， among whom one had perforation of the nasal septum and 3 had saddle nose deformity.
