【摘 要】目的：探讨急性颅脑损伤的早期临床诊断和治疗，提高抢救成功率。方法：回顾性分析89例急性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料。结果：本组急性颅脑损伤89例中，按GOS分级：良好47例，轻残2例，重残1例，植物生存2例，死亡37例。结论：急性颅脑损伤患者自入院后，对伤情程度、演变要有正确的判断和处理，以及及时掌握手术时机对治疗效果有关键性的影响。
