【摘 要】 目的:探讨冯氏手法治疗胸椎后关节紊乱症伴有冠心病症状的治疗效果及临床意义。方法:将确诊的胸椎后关节紊乱症伴有冠心病症状的患者180例,分为冯氏手法治疗组(A组), 中药外敷组(B组)。患者治疗结果按疗效标准进行评定。结果:经1.0 个月治疗后A组临床治愈68例(75.56%)、好转20例(22.22%)、无效2例(2.22%),治愈率75.56%。B组治愈38例(42.22%)、好转46例(51.11%)、无效6例(6.67%),治愈率42.22%。两组差异显著(P<0.001)。 结论:冯氏手法治疗胸椎后关节紊乱症伴有冠心病症状的治疗效果极佳,值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of the FSM manipulation on patient with thoracic postjoint disorder accompanied by symptoms of coronary artery disease. Methods:Totally 180cases (male ,77; female ,103 from22~68years) were divided into 2 groups according to the method of manipulation (group A, n=60) and hot herb (group B, n=60). The therapeutic efficacy was comparatively analyzed. Results:After 1.0months, 68patients fully recovered and 20were improved, 2 case s no effect in group A, total effective rate was 75.56%. In group B, 38patients fully recovered, 46 were improved and 6 remained unchanged, total effective rate was 42.22% (P<0.001). Conclusion:FSM manipulation is a very effective method in thoracic postjoint disorder accompanied by symptoms of coronary artery disease. ......
