【摘 要】 目的: 探讨茵陈术附汤加味治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎患者106例,跟踪治疗1~3年,每年期满复查两对半,对比治前治疗后的血清抗原计数,和跟踪复查血清肝功能(ALT)和(AST)在1、2、3个月的血清转氨酶计数。结果:在HBsAg血清抗原计数和HBeAg抗原计数方面观察,治疗后明显好转于治疗前,在肝功能和超声波复查,对照治疗前的临床症状,明显好转。结论:茵陈术附汤加味治疗慢性乙型肝炎,具有好的治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the YinChen attached decoction treatment of chronic hepatitis B clinical effect.
