【摘 要】 目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症的保守治疗方法。方法:对临床1200例腰椎间盘突出症患者,进行腰椎牵引和中药离子导入治疗,观察其疗效。结果:1200例患者经上述方法治疗后总有效率达92.58%,优良率78.25%。结论:在众多保守疗法中,腰椎牵引和中药离子导入治疗,方法简便、疗效显著,无创伤、无痛苦,乐于被患者接受,值得推广。
