逆植球头硅胶管治疗慢性泪囊炎、单纯鼻泪管堵塞的临床疗效
【摘 要】 目的 探讨逆植球头硅胶管治疗慢性泪囊炎、单纯鼻泪管堵塞的临床疗效。 方法 对80例(92只眼)慢性泪囊炎、单纯鼻泪管堵塞患者行逆植球头硅胶管治疗。 结果 术后随访平均20个月，所有患者除8只眼术后2年冲洗泪道狭窄外，其余均一次治愈，治愈率达91%。 结论逆植球头硅胶管治疗慢性泪囊炎、单纯鼻泪管堵塞有独特的疗效，治愈率高，是目前较为理想的手术方法。【关键词】 逆植； 球头硅胶管； 慢性泪囊炎、鼻泪管堵塞
