【摘 要】 目的 探讨光子嫩肤治疗面部雀斑的治疗效果及远期观察。方法 采用波长为550-1000nm的IPL Ecolite光子嫩肤仪治疗178例面部雀斑患者，治疗3-5次，每次时间间隔为3-4周，每位患者对比拍照、纪录参数并进行临床疗效评估。 结果 178例面部雀斑患者总有效率97.18%，随访一年复发率16.85%。结论 光子嫩肤对雀斑有良好的疗效
