【摘 要】 组织因子(tissue factor,TF)不仅启动凝血过程，而且在恶性肿瘤生长及转移中扮演着重要角色。本文就目前组织因子与肿瘤之间关系的研究予以综述。

    一 概述

    组织因子(tissue factor,TF)又称凝血因子Ⅲ或组织凝血活酶(tissue thromboplastin)。在凝血过程中起着启动子的作用。它是凝血因子中唯一在细胞表面表达的I 型跨膜糖蛋白。相对分子质量约为47kD, 分为细胞外区域、跨膜区域、细胞内区域等3个部分。TF不仅是因子Ⅶ和Ⅶa的受体, 而且是Ⅶa催化活性的绝对必需辅因子 ......
