【摘要】目的通过应用三维能量多普勒超声(3D-CPA)定量分析病灶内的血管及血流的方法，提高临床诊断子宫内膜癌的筛查率以及与彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)的比较。方法选择我院子宫内膜病变患者80例。采用GEVOLUSON730Expert超声诊断仪，探头频率为5～9MHZ。对每一个感兴趣区扫描三次，取平均值并记录。待病理结果后分组进行比较。结果3D-CPA的参数值：VI(Vascularizationindex)值、FI(Flowindex)值在子宫内膜良性组与恶性组比较有显著性差异。3D-CPA诊断子宫内膜癌的筛查率为92.5%，RI值诊断子宫内膜癌的筛查率为87.5%。结论3D-CPA有筛查子宫内膜癌的重要价值，且3D-CPA方法优于CDFI方法。
