【摘要】目的总结老年人急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床经验，探讨手术的时机和方法。方法回顾性分析65例老年急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床特点、手术时机、手术方法及疗效等临床资料。结果65例患者除3例中转开腹手术外，其余均腹腔镜下成功完成手术而痊愈，未发生严重并发症。结论只要重视围手术期的处理，掌握恰当的手术时机，应用合理手术方法，老年患者急性胆囊炎的腹腔镜手术是安全可行的。

    A clinical analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for 65 aged patients with acute cholecystitis Chen Zhiqi, Zhang Jian (Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Wuxue City, Hubei Provine 435400)

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for aged patients with acute cholecystitis, and to investigate the operative timing and procedure of LC. Methods The clinical data of 65 aged cases with acute cholecystitis undergone LC were analyzed retrospectively, including clinical features, the operative timing of LC and and the procedure of LC. Results In a total of 65 patients, 62 of them were successfully performed LC and 3 of them were converted to open surgery. And no serious complications happened. Conclusion As long as surgeons pay more attention to perioperative management and have a good command of right operative timing and proper operative procedure, LC for aged patients with acute cholecystitis is safe and feasible. ......
