【摘 要】 目的 探讨质量改进在病区各项标本采集管理中的运用效果，以提高护理质量。方法制定病区辅助检查完成质量标准，收集资料，确定存在的问题，分析问题产生的原因，制定预期目标，采取整改措施，进行效果评价。结果持续质量改进在病区各项标本采集管理中的应用，提高了病区各项标本采集完成质量，加强了医护沟通、护患沟通，使医师对护理工作的满意率由85%上升到98%，患者对护理人员的综合满意率由67.25%上升到98.12%，健康教育覆盖率由80%上升到100%，病人对健康教育知识知晓率由67.5%上升到82.74%。结论持续质量改进可切实解决问题，提高护理质量。
