【摘 要】 目的了解健康教育对乳腺癌患者化疗期的生活质量的影响。方法 将64例乳腺癌化疗期患者随机分为实验组与对照组，观察其化疗期间对化疗知识的认识及各种并发症的预防与配合。结果 通过观察发现，实施健康教育后,能调动患者的主观能动性,积极配合治疗和护理，各种适应能力明显高于对照组。结论 健康教育可有效改善患者的认知能力和适应能力，提高患者化疗期的生活质量。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of health education on Mammary glands cancer patiengs'quality of life during the phase of chemotherapy.Methods64 patiengs were divided into esperiment group and control group randomly.The patients'cognition of chemothdrapy,preventing the complications and cooperating with doctors were ogserved. ResultsHealth education can increase the activity of patients,so as to cooperating with doctors and nurses.The adaptive capacity of esperiment group is better than control group.ConclusionsHealth education can increase the agility of cognize and adaptability,and improve the quality of life. ......
