【摘 要】 目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切(TUVP)联合经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法收集2000年5月至2005年11月采用TUVP联合TURP治疗前列腺增生患者63例临床资料并进行分析。结果本组手术时间35～110分钟，平均65分钟，切除组织重25～65g，出血量60～400ml，无电切综合症发生，5例出现暂时性尿失禁，均于3月内愈，继发性出血三例给以插尿管冲洗后痊愈。结论应用TUVP联合TURP治疗前列腺增生具有二者优点，安全性高，疗效确切，并发症少。

    Transurethral Vaporization and Resection of Prostate for the treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (Report of 63 cases)

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of transurethral vaporization of prostate(TUVP) combined with transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). Methods The data of 63 BPH patients treated with TUVP combined with TURP were retrospectively analysed. Results The mean operation time was 65(35-110) minutes. The weight of resection tissue was 25-65 gram and the volume of blood loss was 60-400ml. No TUR syndrome developed. 5 patients developed transient urinary incontinence and recovered in 3 months. 3 patients developped haemorrhage after surgery and healed by continual bladder irrigation. ConclusionTreatment of BPH with TUVP combined with TURP has the virtue of both therapy, and it is security with less complications. ......
