【摘 要】 目的 探讨HLA-DRB1 复合体与球后视神经炎的关系。方法 68例球后视神经炎患者，30例健康人，分别抽血进行流式细胞仪检查HLA-DRB1 阳性率.进行T检验获得统计结果.结论 HLA-DRB1与球后视神经炎有高度相关性。

    【Abstract】 objective To explore the relationship between HLA-DRB1 andretrobulbar neuritis. Methods we detected the positive ratio of HLA-DRB1 inintravenous blood of 68 retrobulbar neuritis patients and 30 healthy people by flow cytometry. then we got the statistical result by T test.Results the positive ratio of HLA-DRB1 of retrobulbar neuritis patients group is obviously higherthan that of healthy people group.the difference is significant. Conclusion there is a close associativity between HLA-DRB1and retrobulbar neuritis.
