【摘 要】 青少年儿童时期的女孩子，身心发展尚未成熟，辨别是非的能力､自我控制的能力和自我保护的能力尚未完善，日常生活中危及其人身安全和生命安全的因素终始存在，遭遇人身伤害的案件时而发生。为此，开启安全防范教育，为预防和避免人身伤害事故的发生，提高她们的自身素质和法律素质，使其树立安全防范意识和自我保护意识，显得尤为重要。
