【摘 要】目的了解我院阑尾炎患者抗菌药物的使用情况，促进临床合理用药。 方法随机抽取阑尾炎患者的病历20份，分析抗菌药物的使用情况。 结果抗菌药物应用基本合理，但也存在疗程过长、剂量过大和给药间隔不当等问题。 结论抗菌药物的合理应用水平需进一步提高。

    Analysis of Antibacterials Use on Appendicitis Patientsin Our Hospital

    【Abseract 】 ObjectiveTo investigate the use of antibacterials on appendicitis patients in our hospital and to promote rational drug use in the clinic. MethodsA total of 20 medical records of appendicitis patients were randomly sampled for the analysis of the use ofAntibacterials. ResultsThe administration of antibacterials isrational on the whole ,but some problems were existed such as the course of treatment was long,the dosage was high and the administration time was inappropriate.

    Conclusion The level of rational use of antibacterials remains to be further improved.
