4.3 GTR+生长因子+骨替代品应用 GTR与生长因子、骨替代品联合使用,可获得更多的牙周质组织。Voijislav等联合应用多孔牛骨无机物,釉基质蛋白与复合胶原乳酸膜,有效治疗了重症牙周炎(初始探诊深度>8mm)的骨内缺损,获得比任何两者联用更多的临床附着,显示出三者联用的优势。
5 正畸与充填材料的使用
5.1 使用固定正畸技术固定松动移位牙齿 牙周病的发展过程常伴有牙齿的移位、伸长、偏斜或松动等问题,引起咬牙合创伤,导致牙颌畸形。管增娥等[26]采用牙周基础,固定正畸联合治疗,使松动移位的牙齿复位,咬牙合力应力分布均匀,消除了咬牙合创伤,建立了稳定的咬牙合关系,维护了牙周组织健康,使牙槽骨密度增加与单纯基础治疗有显著差异。
5.2 光固化复合树脂的应用 采用光固化复合树脂对牙周病松动前牙的美容固定修复,此法对前牙的保存治疗简单、有效、既可作为牙周固定,又可作为前牙美容修复的牙齿固定方法。马淑媛[27]等采用光固化复合树脂对112例已做基础牙周治疗,又松动的患牙进行美容固定修复,112例松动牙齿得到固定,美观得到改善,功能得到了恢复。

6 基因治疗
近年来,应用分子生物学和遗传学的手段,发现一些与牙周病易感性有关的基因,如1L-1、TNF等基因,临床医生可以通过牙周病易感性测试(periodontal susceptibility test,PST),对这些基因进行检查,判断患者是否对牙周感染有易感性,从而有针对性地进行防治[28]。
综上所述,随着新技术的引进,新药物的开发应用,分子生物学技术的飞跃发展,牙周病的治疗效果将会更上一个台阶。
