【摘 要】目的 探究髂前上棘骨折原因，为预防青少年运动时产生髂前上棘骨折提供依据。方法 摄髋关节正位片或骨盆正位片，疼痛部位包入片内，根据片子由两名医师作出诊断。结果 29例患者，右侧髂前上棘骨折的18例，左侧髂前上棘骨折的11例。29例患者均为青少年运动后产生的撕脱性骨折。结论 青少年运动后髂前上棘撕脱性骨折的解剖基础是青少年髂前上棘的骨骺未完全长好，附着于髂前上棘肌肉的强烈收缩、剧烈牵拉导致骨皮质的撕脱，最重要的是运动前缺乏认真的热身运动所至。

    Research of fracture of anterior superior iliac spine

    【Abstract】Objective To research the causation of fracture of anterior superior iliac spine and provide basis for preventing callan from happening fracture of anterior superior iliac spine in sport.Methods Two doctors made diagnoses through posteroanterior hip joint radiographs or posteroanterior pelvis radiographs included achilig parts. Results The 29 callan patients were all avulsion fracture after sport. In that 18 patients were fracture of anterior superior iliac spine on the right side and 11 patients were fracture of anterior superior iliac spine on the left side.Couclusion It has anatomical basic that callan happen fracture of anterior superior iliac spine after sport. The reason is that epiphysis of anterior superior iliac spine haven’t completely developed；The avulsion of bone cortex from the vigorous contraction and acute pull by the muscle of anterior superior iliac spine. The most important reason is muscle have not completely prepared for sport. ......
