冠脉介入治疗中无复流现象的研究进展(1)

     【摘要】目前经皮冠状动脉介入治疗已广泛应用于临床，成为冠心病治疗的重要方法之一。但部分患者即使解除了心外膜血管阻塞，其所供应心肌组织仍未获得有效血流灌注，即无复流现象。现已证实无复流现象的发生会明显降低冠脉介入治疗效果，影响患者预后。本文就无复流现象的定义、影响因素、发生机制、诊断方法及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。
