[摘要]目的采用核肽营养素三个不同剂量组来研究对大鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法采用观察对大鼠体重、血中过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛(MDA)含量及血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)活力的影响。结果 核肽营养素剂量达540mg/kg、1080mg/kg时对抗氧化功能有增强作用。结论 核肽营养素对大鼠抗氧化功能结果阳性。

    [Abstract Objective]To study the efficiency of nucleoside peptide nutrient on antioxidation function of rat by 3 dosage group. Method： Observing the influence on the weight of rats and the content of peroxidize lipid degradation product-malonaldehyde (MDA) in blood and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in blood. Result： Nucleoside peptide nutrient could enhance the antioxidation function at the dosage of 540 mg/kg and 1080 mg/kg. Conclusion： The efficiency of nucleoside peptide nutrient on antioxidation function of rat is positive.
