[摘要]目的找出“中毒”原因，确保学生身体健康。方法对食堂卫生、学生就餐情况，“疑似中毒”学生全面调查，认真分析。结果有17名学生“疑似中毒”，其中4名学生症状较重。结论食堂职工要提高整体素质。经济效益和社会效益同时兼顾，以社会效益为重。学生要提高识别饭菜质量的能力，学会自我保护。
