[摘要]目的探讨部队饮食卫生及丙型副伤寒流行病学规律。方法现场调查、采样、分析并及时制定防治措施。结果本次疫情为食物污染引起的丙型副伤寒爆发流行，潜伏期为3.5～45.5(平均为18.7)小时。病例集中在4月5日5：00～20：00，占总患病人数的76.7%，此时间段前后发病各有5例，基本呈正态分布。医务人员采取了及时有效的防治措施，迅速控制疫情，避免了疫情的进一步扩大。

    [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to investigate the health condition of food and drink in the military and regulation of Salmonella paratyphi C. The method used is to go to the spots, take samples, do analysis, and decide the treatments in time. The results show that the epidemic is caused by food contamination. The incubation period ranges from 3.5 hours to 45.5 hours, with an average of 18.7 hours.Most cases occur from 5am to 8pm on April 5th, which accounts for 76.7% of all cases. There are five cases before 5am and five cases after 8pm. In general, it follows the normal distribution. Medical officers take timely and effective treatment, and thus successfully control the epidemic and prevent it from further expansion. ......
