[摘要]目的探讨鼻咽癌适形调强放射治疗(IMRT)野与颈前切野相邻野衔接方式质量保证的经验。方法用相邻野边界确定的两种方法和两种体位固定法分别测定模拟定位机下及验证片相邻野之间的重叠区。结果方法一面罩固定枕固定头部体位相邻野之间的重叠区的最大距离小于或等于2mm以外，其余三种方法相邻野之间重叠区的最小距离均大于2 mm。结论鼻咽癌做适形调强放射治疗的患者颈前切野的放疗宜采用相同的面罩固定枕固定头部体位，颈前切野上界的确定宜采用治疗床向头方向移动后X轴中心线。

    [Abstract] Objective： To study the method of engagement of two neighboring fields with nasopharyngeal carcinoma： the field of IMRT and the tangent line field of anterior cervical part. Methods： Mensurate the overlapping area between the neighboring fields under localizable simulator and photos of fluoroscopic verification respectively used two postural fixation and two methods to fix on border of the neighboring fields. Results： Maximum Distance of the overlapping area between the neighboring fields used the first method fixing head posture with face mask and pillow is less than or equal to 2mm, the others all larger than 2mm. Conclusion： .We should use the same posture fixation with face mask and pillow for tangent line field of anterior cervical part of IMRT of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and we should move the plinth x-axis centric line toward head to fix on the upper line of tangent line field of anterior cervical part. ......
