[摘要] 目的观察急性脱毒后稽延性戒断症状的持续时间和变化。方法使用《海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定量表》评定稽延性戒断症状，每周一次。结果临床观察发现“夜入睡困难”是主要的稽延性症状。结论提供完善的康复，清除稽延性戒断症状是预防复吸的重要环节。
