[摘要]目的探讨胆囊切除术中延误消化道恶性肿瘤诊断的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院1998～2006年7例胆囊切除术漏诊消化道恶性肿瘤患者临床资料。结果发现漏诊胃癌2例，结肠癌4例，胰腺癌1例。结论胆囊疾病并存消化道恶性肿瘤临床发生率大，术前诊断中需仔细分析临床资料，完善相关检查，术中进行常规检查，防止漏诊的发生。

    An analyzing the dinical of delay in the digestive system cancer in cholecystectomy.(Rport of7 cases)

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the causes and prevention messures of delay in the digestive system caner in cholecystectomy.Methods Clinical data of 7 cases of digestive system cancer of missed diagnosis of digestive analyzed.Resulty 2 cases of gastric cancer were missed diagnosis,4 cases suffered from clonic cancer and 1 case suffered from pancveas.Cnoclusion：The date of disease in clinical of digestive system cancer and gallbladder disease is great,It is important that an alysing the clinical data,assist ed examination should be improved.Routime exploration during operation is needed to avoid missed diagnosis. ......
