[摘要]目的研究治疗和预防肛肠疾病的中药制剂诺尔康洗剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层层析法对处方中的苦参进行定性鉴别，并应用高效液相色谱法，对制剂中大黄的主要成分大黄素进行了含量测定。结果对苦参进行的定性鉴别方法专属性强，重复性好，阴性无干扰。所测大黄素的回收率为 97.78% ，RSD 为 1.96% 。结论通过对制剂中苦参的定性鉴别及对大黄的主要成分大黄素的含量测定，以控制制剂的内在质量。

    [Abstract]Objective： To study the quality control of Nuo Erkang lotion of the drug treating and preventing hemorrhoids. Methods： The qualitative identifications of Light yellow Sophora Root were determined byTLC. The content of emodin in Rhubarb was determined by HPLC. Results： The specificities and the repeatability of the qualitative identifications are good and the blank sample have no interference.The determination of the content of emodin is with recovery of 97.78% and RSD of 1.96%.
