[摘要]目的观察拜糖平联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效及安全性，并探讨其机制。方法对我院40例早期DN患者的采取拜糖平和依那普利联合治疗的方法，并比较治疗前后FBG、OGTT2h、UAER及β2-MG的变化。结果经过治疗后，所有患者的各项指标均比治疗前有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论拜糖平联合依那普利治疗早期DN疗效满意，毒副作用轻，值得临床推广。
