[摘要]目的了解乌鲁木齐五所三级甲等医院的科室主任的满意度情况。方法自填式问卷调查。结果应答的63位科室主任年龄、学历不同在对于工作环境的实际感受、与同事相处时的心理感受以及领导对工作激励程度的感受,这三个方面存在一定的差异；而对于实际收入也存在一定的不满。结论医院需要加强改革的力度，提高科室主任对工作的满意情况与管理能力，使其发挥出对于医院与基层医护人员间的协调作用，更好的为医院的发展服务。

    [Abstract]Objectives：, Understands the administrative offices director's degree of satisfaction of Urumqi five three levels of first-class hospitals.Methods： self-administered questionnaires completed by the investigation.Results： Replied 63 directors of clinical sections in different age, academic groups have different feelings in the work environment, the psychological experience with colleagues and the intensity which the leaders inspire to the work. They also have certain dissatisfaction of the actual income.Conclusions：Hospitals need to strengthen the reform, improve the satisfaction of the director of clinical sections and management capabilities.
