3 Discussion
Chinese cobras live abroad in China, including Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Hunan, Fujian, etc. From Hunan-derived cobra venom[9], a factor (Chinese cobra venom factor, CCVF) was isolated with the technique of exchange column chromatography and gel filtration in our laboratory. Its purity was 91%, which was identified with the technique of high pass filter in phase opposition.
