老年股骨转子间骨折的治疗与康复效果观察(2)
人工股骨头置换的特有并发症有： 假体松动下沉、髋臼磨损及股骨头中心脱位[6]。虽然本次观察还未发现有这些并发症和髋内翻，但由于我们随访时间较短，其中远期效果有待进一步观察。随着人工关节材料及制作工艺的改进，骨水泥技术和手术技巧的提高，行关节置换特有的并发症也会大大减少。因此，我们认为，对高龄股骨转子间骨折，年龄大于80岁，有严重的骨质疏松者，可以选择人工股骨头置换。其近期并发症明显少于内固定术，若有必要也可考虑行全髋关节置换。
