    【摘要】目的：通过对异位妊娠治疗方法的回顾，阐述该病的治疗朝着个性化、微创化趋势发展。方法：将各种治疗方法对人体的影响及适应症和并发症进行比较。结果：手术治疗可使异位妊娠迅速去除，但对人体的损伤较大且常造成器官缺失；保守治疗对适合的病例可起到保存器官并治愈疾病的作用。结论：异位妊娠的治疗在有条件的情况下尽可能选择创伤小、治愈率高的保守治疗方法，但如有脏器破裂及明显的内出血等情况应立即选择手术治疗。

    Retrospect and Evolvement of Ectopic Pregnancy Clinical Management.Xu Wenjian Yang Xue Lu Jingyuan Go over by Tan Xiaomei

    【Abstract】Objective To explain that the management of ectopic pregnancy was evolved more individually and nonoperatively through the retrospect and treatment evolvement of the disease. Methods Compare the influences to the patients, indications and complications with different treatments. Results The surgical treatment remove the pathological part most quickly but hurt the patients heavily or causing the lack of patients organ; the conservative treatments could cure the disease successfully as with keeping the organs completely for the suitable cases. Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy should be treated by conservative methods when it’s possible and suitable, but if there are signs of hemorrhage and/or broken of the pathological part, surgery should be done as soon as possible. ......
