    【摘要】目的：为更一步地探讨胆总管损伤的原因，提高防治水平。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，总结和加强对胆总管损伤与防治的充分认识。结果：胆总管损伤的原因有人为因素、技术因素、病理因素、创伤因素等。结论：胆总管损伤，会给患者带来极大地痛苦，严重者会危及生命，因而，应该持高度的责任心，以预防为主，尽可能做到早期发现，早期治疗。
