    【摘要】儿童股骨干骨折的治疗方法较多，以中医小夹板外固定治疗效果较好，自2000年到2006年以来，作者采用小夹板外固定结合功能锻炼的方法，收治该骨折的儿童50例，临床效果满意。优良率94%，易被患儿及家属接受。
