    【摘要】胃食管反流病是指由于过多的胃、十二指肠内容物反流入食管，而引起的食管黏膜炎性疾病，反流之胃液除可对食管造成损害外，尚可侵及咽部、声带及气管，并引起慢性咽炎、支气管炎、吸入性肺炎等。在临床工作中，往往只重视对食管的损害而忽视可能因此而引起的呼吸道症状，易误诊。

    【Abstract】Gastroesophageal reflux is because of excessive stomach, 12 bowel contents the thing be anti- inflow oesophagus, but cause of oesophagus mucosa burning sex disease, anti- flow of stomach liquid in addition to can result in injure to the oesophagus, fair invade and swallow department, vocal cord and windpipe, and cause chronic swallow burning, bronchitis, inhalation pneumonia etc.In the clinical work, usually the value injure oesophagus but neglect possibility therefore cause of breath way symptom, easy misdiagnosis.
