    【摘要】目的：探讨胆源性胰腺炎的病因、治疗方式及手术时机的选择。方法：总结和分析26例胆源性胰腺炎临床资料。结果：18例水肿型早期非手术治疗，病情改善后1-3个月再择期手术均治愈。8例坏死型早期手术2例，死亡1例，6例择期手术治愈6例，无死亡。结论：轻型胆源性胰腺炎早期采取非手术治疗，后择期手术治疗。急性重型胆源性胰腺炎早期亦主张非手术治疗，一旦病情发展需急诊手术。
