    【摘要】Marfan’s(马凡氏)综合征是一种先天性心脏病，其发病率仅为7/10万～17/10万，其与风湿性心脏病合并发生更是鲜有报道。本文作者对我院收治的1例Marfan’s综合征合并风湿性心脏病作一具体报道。
