    【摘要】创伤及术后并发肺栓塞的死亡率很高，本文就本病的发病原因、诊断预防抢救过程及护理进行论述。提高警惕提高对肺栓塞的诊断意识，加强各种创伤及术后的宣教及护理。早期预防静脉血栓形成，预防血栓脱落，才是预防本病发生的根本。
