    【摘要】21世纪是一个经济、科技和文化迅猛发展的时代,是一个激烈竞争的时代，也是生命科学的时代。因此，与生命、健康和疾病息息相关的医药行业，是我国和世界各大经济领域持续发展最快的门类之一，被誉为“新世纪的朝阳产业”，加入WTO之后，国家更重视医药行业，对药学专业人才的需求更加急迫。目前随着医药事业的迅速发展和我国医药经济体制的改革,对药学人才的培养的层次和质量提出了新的要求：需要大量的研究型人才和实用的服务型人才。 “人病得药而愈，人才得学而成”，药学专业有着广阔的前景。
