【中图分类号】R17 【文献标识码】C 【文章编号】1672-5085(2007)08-0005-04【摘要】围绕两个“规划纲要”的贯彻实施，鄂州市制定了《鄂州市妇女发展纲要(2001～2010)》和《鄂州市儿童发展纲要(2001～2010)》，鄂州市农村人口占全市总人口的2/3以上，是我市广大妇幼卫生工作者团结奋斗，开拓进取，狠抓落实，稳步实施，妇幼卫生工作有了很大发展，妇女儿童健康水平得到了很大提高。实施“两纲”的重点和难点，加强乡村卫生组织的建设与管理，稳定农村预防保健服务网络。
