    【摘要】医院制剂是在医院范围内，根据临床医疗保健以及科研的需要，由药剂师配制的制剂。近年来，随着药剂科高技术人才和高技术设备的引进，药剂科由单一保障型转变为既搞保障又搞新药开发及生产的多功能科室，加上有其独特优势，即新药研制必需的条件-临床，药剂科逐渐成为新药研制与开发的摇篮，而且有的制剂已批准为国家级新药，走向市场，取得了可观的经济效益。
