    【摘要】重症胸腹联合伤的术后并发症及手术死亡率非常高,本文通过我院收治的13例重症腹联合伤病例，重点从救治的程序，麻醉的选择，手术的方式，方法的选择以及术后护理工作的重点等四个方面进行讨论分析，总结了一套救治这类特急特重的救治模式。
