    【摘要】目的：改进挂线治疗肛瘘的临床疗效的探讨。方法：本文通过对633例确诊为肛瘘的患者进行改进挂线治疗。结果：本组住院治疗315例，门诊治疗318例，均获1次挂线痊愈，手术1次成功率和治愈率均为100%。结论：具有痛苦小，疗程短，1次手术成功，治愈率高使肛门变形小，无复发，无后遗症，值得临床推广。

Finally: This group hospital treatment 315 examples, the outpatient service 318 examples, attain 1 time hang the line to convalesce, the surgery 1 success ratio and curing rate is 100%. Conclusion: Has the pain slightly, treatment course short, 1 surgery is successful, curing rate high causes the anus to distort slightly, not recurs, does not have the sequela, is worth the clinical promotion.
