    【摘要】目的:探讨囊肿切除加交通口封锁手术治疗小儿腘窝囊肿的方法及疗效。方法:将收入住院的5例腘窝囊肿患儿均采用囊肿切除加交通口封锁手术进行治疗。结果:本组5例患儿均治愈，治愈率100%；随访2月～2年，平均10个月，症状无复发。结论:采用囊肿切除加交通口封锁手术治疗小儿腘窝囊肿效果好。
