    【摘要】肉毒毒素是肉毒杆菌产生的外毒素，为目前已知毒素中毒性最强的。国内报道肉毒中毒导致呼吸肌麻痹的病例较少。本例患者出现了严重的呼吸肌麻痹，导致呼吸骤停，经抢救成功。现报告如下。

    【Abstract】the botulism toxin is the bacillus botulismus produces exotoxin, for present known toxin toxicity strongest. The domestic report botulism causes to breathe the myo-paralysis case of illness to be less.This example patient appeared the serious breath myo-paralysis, causes the breath to stop suddenly, after rescues successfully. Presently reports as follows.
