    【摘要】目的：探讨 CT 对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法：分析经手术病理证实的48例良恶性甲状腺肿瘤的CT表现，其中甲状腺腺瘤39例，恶性肿瘤9例，并进行统计学处理。结果：腺瘤39例边界清晰，多表现为圆形或类圆形低密度结节灶，密度均匀。甲状腺癌组8例， 边缘模糊，其中2例病灶见砂粒样钙化， 3例见颈部淋巴结肿大， 7例病灶与周围软组织界限不清。结论：CT 在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。
