颈椎斜位片的投照标识与椎间孔病变侧属关系探讨(1)
【中图分类号】R445 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085(2007)08-0079-03【摘要】颈椎双斜位片作为颈椎椎间孔病变诊断最重要的诊查手段，临床应用十分广泛，但是，在实际诊查中，不同的医院、不同的技师或医师常采用不同的投照名称和标识方法。由于投照标识的不规范，使椎间孔病变的左右侧归属关系常难以分清；另一方面，即使是明确了投照和标识方法的颈椎斜位片，有的医师对所示椎间孔的左右侧归属关系也不太明确，因而经常造成椎间孔病变左右侧归属诊断的错误。为了避免误导临床，造成颈椎椎间孔病变的临床治疗或手术发生左右颠倒的严重错误，规范颈椎双斜位片的投照标识，并明确所示椎间孔的左右侧归属关系非常重要。
