    【摘要】目的:探讨CT检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:对82例临床疑似阑尾炎患者的术前CT对照术后病理进行回顾性分析。结果:CT诊断急性阑尾炎：55例急性化脓性阑尾炎CT正确诊断51例。8例阑尾坏疽伴穿孔CT检查均有异常。19例单纯性阑尾炎CT检查发现10例阑尾增粗，CT的诊断率为52.6%。结论:CT能显示阑尾本身、其周围组织改变及合并症，可显著提高急性阑尾炎的术前诊断准确率。
