    【摘要】要想在激烈的竞争中占有优势,应从医院管理入手,加大医院改革和创新力度,增强医院的活力,提高运行效率,保证医院可持续发展。本文就基层综合医院管理进行理论与实践方面的探讨。只有积极参与市场竞争，并认真抓好医院管理中各环节的工作，才能在市场经济大潮中立于不败之地。
